Description of Service
Alcovo provides AI-powered tutoring services and compliance tools for homeschooling families. Our platform includes conversational AI lessons, progress tracking, and automated documentation generation to support educational requirements.
User Responsibilities
Parent Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Supervise children's use of the platform
- Maintain account security and confidentiality
- Comply with applicable homeschooling laws and regulations
Student Responsibilities
- Use the platform respectfully and appropriately
- Follow safety guidelines during AI conversations
- Report any inappropriate content or behavior
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through Alcovo, including AI-generated lessons and materials, remains our intellectual property. You may use this content for your family's educational purposes but may not redistribute or commercialize it.
Limitation of Liability
Alcovo is an educational tool and supplement. Parents remain responsible for ensuring their homeschool program meets all applicable legal requirements. We provide compliance tools but cannot guarantee legal compliance in all jurisdictions.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but we will retain your data as required for compliance purposes.
